Result description O3 is a business model for aligning the adults
training programs to the needs and opportunities offered by the
labor market and specific organizations upon producer’s model
O3 aims to change the traditional way employers use adult
education and training services by aligning the real employers
needs of competences with adult education organization
propositions. Target groups – This project partners – Adult
education and training organizations – commercial and incompany – Trade and/or industrial association, employers, and
labour agencies searching for curricula aligned to their specific
needs and labour market opportunities Needs analysis – Very
often there exists a gap between training organizations adult
education and training offerings and the real need of the industry –
Many organizations in the EU suffer because of the lack of
competent staff. – Many companies need a constant flow of new
workers – The costs for hiring are too high, in some cases the HRagencies fee may reach up to 10 salaries per new hired. If a new
hired lacks competence that the employer needs, the on-boarding
period is long and the costs increase. That’s why employers need
cost-effective method for hiring and on-boarding new workers.
